Pocket Terrarium
By TERRART NYC
Living moss sealed in a vial an inch and a half tall. It waters itself. It asks for daylight and nothing else. $11.
A tiny handcrafted terrarium: real ferny moss layered over lava sand, colored sand, rocks and nutrient-rich substrate, sealed in glass under a cork lid. It is a closed system, so it feeds and waters itself and asks nothing of you beyond a spot with some daylight.
Made in New York City, self-sufficient, and safe to put in the post. A good wedding favor, or a small gift that actually lasts.
Measures 1.5 inches tall.
