Classic 8-Ball Candle
By Thorunn Arnadottir
A glossy eight ball poured as a candle. Ask it a question out loud, then light it. About fifty hours to wait for the answer. $34.
A four inch sphere, glossy black with the eight in its white circle, which you are welcome to ask a question out loud before lighting.
It is Thorunn Arnadottir's design, the same hand behind the PyroPet candles, hand poured in Java, Indonesia by a workshop that trains and pays rural women for the work.
4 inch diameter, 16.5 oz, about fifty hours of burn, RSPO certified plant wax with a cotton wick. Sculptural enough to leave out the other fifty weeks of the year.
