Black Pepper Sea Salt

The everyday one. Jacobsen's kosher sea salt ground together with Tellicherry peppercorns, the bigger, riper grade of black pepper from India's Malabar Coast, so salt and pepper land in a single pinch. Eggs, steak, buttered noodles, half an avocado. It earns a permanent spot beside the stove.

Made by Jacobsen Salt Co. in Portland, with sea salt hand harvested from Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast since 2011.

4.23 oz glass jar, about 2.5 by 3.25 inches. No anti-caking agents, so a little clumping is normal. Best within three years.
